Artistic Positions

If you are an experienced artist or educator in love with theater, we encourage you to get involved with the festival. We are currently looking for talented individuals for the following positions:

• Final selection committee: review and choose the winners of the Festival (approx. 3 weeks, December-January)
• Outreach committee: engage in outreach for the Festival and work with artistic professionals on one of three areas - selection process, mentoring, or directing (time commitment varies)
• Mentors: guide the young playwrights through the development process to help them hone their skills and polish their plays (approx. 8 weeks, January-March)
• Directors: direct one of the winning plays with a cast of professional actors (approx. 8 weeks, March-May)
